Allegra 180 tablet is an anti-allergic medicine. It is used for the management of symptoms of hives and allergic rhinitis such as runny & stuffed nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, redness and swelling. Allegra 180 tablet contains Fexofenadine as its active ingredient. It works by blocking the effect of Histamine, which is a chemical responsible for allergic reaction. Thus, it controls allergic symptoms. Allegra 180 tablet should not be used in patients below 12 years of age. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history

Missed a Dose
