In Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a skin problem in which skin cells build up and form scales and dry patches which are itchy and painful. Applying Betnovate-S Ointment helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Clean and dry the affected area before applying Betnovate-S Ointment. Use it atleast 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see change in your skin appearance after few weeks.

HOW BETNOVATE-S OINTMENT WORKS
Betnovate-S Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Betamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Betamethasone into the skin.
