Carnitor 500mg Tablet 10’s belongs to the class of medications called ‘Nutritional supplements’ used to treat carnitine deficiency. Carnitine deficiency is when not enough of the nutrient carnitine is available to the body. This can cause muscle weakness and heart or liver problems. The Carnitor 500mg Tablet 10’s chewable tablets should be chewed thoroughly before being swallowed.Oral solution: Take the prescribed amount of syrup using a measuring cup or oral syringe and swallow it with a glass of water.
