Fortinerv Tablet

INTRODUCTION
Fortinerve tablet is enriched with Benfothiamine, Mecobalamin, Alpha-lipoic acid, Folic acid, Chromium, Inositol and Pyridoxine.
Fortinerve tablet is indicated in Diabetic Neuropathy, Diabetic Nephropathy, Diabetic retinopathy, CVD and Alcoholic Neuropathy
Benfotiamine increases transketolase activity, that can in turn decreases the buildup of detrimental glucose metabolites that can lead to advanced glycation end products (AGE), which may lead to diabetic complications. Benfotiamine also prevents diabetic retinopathy.
Benfotiamine and alpha-lipoic acid should be considered as first choices among pathogenetically oriented treatments of diabetic neuropathy.
Inositol improves glucose metabolism & enhances muscle insulin sensitivity.
Chromium reduces blood glucose levels and HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes.
