Information about Osmega 300mg Capsule
Osmega 300mg capsules contain Omega-3 Fatty Acids 300mg providing Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 180mg and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg.
The omega-3 group consists of the essential FA Alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA) and its derivatives, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). Essential fatty acids are necessary because they cannot be synthesised by the body and must be obtained from diet or supplement. The combined nutrients suppress inflammation caused due to pollution or dirt in the air. The nutrients enhance aqueous tear production to ensure that eyes remain clean and offer clear vision. The Osmega capsules enhance secretion of Meibum that reduces dryness of eyes.
Directions of use:
Osmega 300mg Capsules need to be taken twice daily after meals with a glass of water.
