Vertistar Plus 16 mg/10 mg Tablet should be taken without food. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor, preferably at a fixed time each day. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment. Never stop this medicine suddenly without talking to the doctor.

Some common side effects of using this medication are dryness in mouth, nausea, indigestion, and headache. In some cases, it may cause a sudden drop in the blood pressure when you change positions, so it is better to rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.

Take caution while taking medicine if you are suffering from liver or kidney disease. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
